Designed to encourage kids to exercise, this award-winning, live-action program features fitness segments and a Q&A session about the importance of exercise. Based on the song "Chicken Fat," inspired by President Kennedy's Council on Physical Fitness, the program uses the song to make exercise a good time. Exercises include toe touches, push ups, marching, sit ups, torso twists, arm circles, jumping jacks, bicycle riding, deep breathing, tortoise and hare, and more.
