Based on the Caldecott Medal book by Peggy Rathmann. Narrated by John Lithgow, this animated tale tells the story about Officer Buckle and the new police dog, Gloria. Officer Buckle knows more about safety than anyone else in Napville, but his dull presentations put his audiences to sleep. When Gloria enters the scene, she livens up the safety speeches making the presentations suddenly popular.
