Created in cooperation with the show's producers, Classroom Jeopardy! plays exactly like the real thing. A player or team selects a category or value. Using the "host" remote controller, the moderator displays the 'answer' on the classroom TV screen, and the players or teams 'buzz in' on their wireless remotes. The host/moderator then selects 'correct' or 'incorrect,' and the electronic scoreboard calculates the points automatically.
Classroom Jeopardy's enhanced version 2005 includes the Classroom Jeopardy! Link, a major techonological advance that allows users to create or edit games with a direct cartridge download.
The Link cartridge pod/docking station is Windows and Mac compatible. By connecting the pod to the computer and inserting a cartridge, games can be uploaded on to the computer for editing using Classroom Jeopardy Editor software, or newly-created games can be downloaded to the cartridge for immediate play. This enchanced version 2005 also includes the Classroom Jeopardy Editor game authoring software, a user-friendly program that allows users to easily create or edit games in either a Windows or Mac platform and functions like most popular word processing programs.
