PRODUCT SUMMARY

For sale in U.S. only-- Welcome to Norway! Students will travel to the city of Bergen and shop in an outdoor fish market. They will then visit the historic neighborhood of Bryggen and take a cable car to the top of Mount Floyen to gaze at the wonderful view. After that, it's off to a parade in celebration of Constitution Day. Throughout the program, students will learn about some of the cultural traditions, history, climate and politics of Norway, including the country's economic reliance on timber and oil. Students will even journey back in time on a visit to a replica Viking village, where they will experience a day in the life of a Viking! Part of the Countries Around the World Series. A teacher's guide for the series is included and available online. Title-specific guides are available online.
