Arthur gets a puppy and stumbles upon a possible dinosaur bone in this collection of animated adventures. Based on Marc Brown's beloved children's books, this program features two fully animated episodes of the PBS television series. The first, Arthur's New Puppy, follows Arthur as he attempts to train his puppy, Pal. If he can't do it, he may have to say goodbye to Pal forever. Then, in Buster's Dino Dilemma, Buster and Arthur locate a mysterious bone while on a class fossil-hunting field trip, prompting the pair to investigate the bone's origins.
