Following an argument with his mom, young Max runs away to a world of his imagination. In this strange new world, Max meets six wild beasts who crown him their king. The films stars Max Records and Catherine Keener, and features the voices of James Gandolfini, Catherine O'Hara and Forest Whitaker. Rated PG for mild thematic elements, some adventure action and brief language.
