PRODUCT SUMMARY


Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson and Woody Harrelson star in this action adventure about a nation that forces a group of underprivileged teens into a districtwide competition that pits survival against humanity. Every year in the nation of Panem, which was formerly North America, 12 districts are forced to send a boy and a girl to compete in the "Hunger Games." Teenager Katniss Everdeen volunteers to take her younger sister's place in the competition, and she must rely on her strength and instincts when she goes against the Tributes, who have prepared for their entire lives for the games.
