When submitting a product (Audiobook, DVD or Video) for consideration in the Library Video Company catalog, we ask that you provide us with the following information:

• A sample of the completed program and its packaging.
• Product information or sell-sheets describing your program, as well as information about any relevant awards or reviews.
• The product's availability date.
• The suggested retail price (SRP) as well as any other relevant pricing information. Please note:   We do not include products that are sold at a lower SRP elsewhere and offered to the school and library market at a higher SRP.
• The production year or copyright date of the program and, when applicable, its running time, format, system requirements and technical support phone numbers.
• Complete contact information including: name, phone number, fax number and mailing address.

  Please note: product samples that are submitted will not be returned.

Library Video Company screens all submitted products and reserves the right to reject any submission for any reason. Product samples and supporting information should be sent to the appropriate department:
